I’m a friendly and patient tutor, originally from the South-East of the UK but now living in the mountains of Portugal. I love the outside world and am passionate about small scale food production. When I’m not teaching I’m usually to be found working outside in the garden or with the animals on our small farm.
Work experience: My background is in the recruitment industry, where I worked in the finance and hospitality sectors for many years. Since following my heart to Portugal I’ve been running my own sustainable agriculture education project in addition to teaching. Education: I studied economics and social sciences in my university days. More recently, I’ve become TEFL qualified and I’m also a permaculture teacher. I really believe we should never stop learning!
